Using this site
By using Avia Bakery, you agree to these terms. We may update them occasionally — the "last updated" date will always tell you when. If a change is material, we'll flag it more clearly than that.
Orders
Placing an order means you're offering to buy a product at the listed price; we accept the offer when we ship. We may decline orders that look fraudulent or that we can't actually fulfil. If we decline, you get a full refund.
Pricing
Prices are in CAD. We try our best to keep them accurate; if a mistake happens we'll let you know before charging you.
Health
Our products are food, not medicine. Our bread is clean label and made with natural preservatives only, but it is not a treatment for anything. It contains wheat (gluten); if you have allergies or a specific health question, please talk to a professional.
Intellectual property
The site, brand, photography, and copy are ours unless we credit otherwise. Please don't copy them wholesale; do feel free to share recipes and reviews.
