Only 100% natural ones. We never use the kind of chemical preservatives that let bread sit on a shelf for a month without going bad. That is exactly the problem Avia Bakery was created to solve.

Yes. Avia Bakery's bread is the Nigerian sweet bread our founder Rebecca grew up with, reworked into a healthier recipe with the same warm, lightly sweet taste, soft texture and satisfaction.

Because we use only natural preservatives, our bread is meant to be enjoyed fresh, not stored for weeks. Keep it sealed at room temperature for a few days, or freeze it and warm slices as you need them.
